Rosemullion Veterinary Practice has experienced veterinary nursing staff on duty, on the premises and continually caring for all our in-patients 24-hours a day, 365 days of the year. Our patients benefit from continual monitoring and attention from fully qualified, trained nursing staff, whether during the day, the night or on weekends and public holidays, with an on-call vet available at all times, even when the practice doors are closed.
For all referrals please complete our online referral form. Once we have your referral we will make all the necessary arrangements for the referral visit. However for urgent referrals or a clinical discussion with the receiving vet please call 01326 313991.
Clinical history
History, case notes and other relevant information can be sent to us by fax or email. Radiographs can be emailed to referrals@rosemullionvets.com or can be sent with the client on the day.
You will receive a full report and treatment plan after approximately 48-hours. This report can be sent by email, as a fax or by post.
Your client will also receive a full report with after care notes and instructions to return to you for their pets’ checks.
Referring for CT scanning
You can refer your own patients for imaging only, or you can refer for clinical workup including CT/MRI as clinically indicated.
All images will be sent for assessment to an RCVS specialist and a copy of the images will be sent to you along with a comprehensive report. We will not discuss diagnosis or treatment options with the owner such that you retain control of the case. We will perform an initial examination to assess suitability for anaesthesia only. A referral form should be completed to guide us to the area you require scanning. In order to provide a comprehensive report we would also require a full clinical history relevant to the current condition.
