We are a small animal practice with a hospital in Falmouth and branch surgeries in Helston and Penryn, first established in 1885. At Rosemullion we are passionate about small and companion animal care and our skilled team of veterinary surgeons and vet nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals. We are open seven days a week and have access to 24-hour emergency care via our hospital in Falmouth.
Susan joined the Rosemullion team in May 2017. She started her career working clinically and in management within the NHS before taking the leap into the veterinary world. It has been a steep learning curve but she has enjoyed getting to know her colleagues, our clients and their animals. Outside work Susan likes to keep active outdoors, cycling, walking and occasionally running.
Kerry has worked for Rosemullion for longer than she cares to remember. She is our office manager and is responsible for our accounts and finance management. Her terrier keeps her busy and entertained outside work.
Jess joined the Falmouth Rosemullion team in October 2018, after studying a degree in Management of Animal Collections and Conservation at Askham Bryan College in York.
As well as answering your calls and dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis, Jess has taken on the role of managing our work experience students, organising and scheduling to make sure everyone has a fair chance at spending some time working within a busy veterinary practice. Jess loves interacting with all the different animals at reception on their arrival, and has quickly become a much-loved member of the team!
Sally is a much loved member of our reception team who joined Rosemullion in 2006, after previously working as a merchandiser. She can be found over at our Penryn surgery where she helps keep the practice running smoothly on a day-to-day basis, keeping all our vets and nurses in check! Sally loves interacting with all our clients but especially loves being around animals as part of her work.
Sadie studied media at Truro College and did an animal care apprenticeship at Duchy College, qualifying in 2012. She started her working life in a wildlife centre for two years before joining the Rosemullion reception team in 2014. Outside work she enjoys keeping fit, hiking and the outdoors.
Sue joined the Rosemullion reception team at Helston in 1999. She had previously worked as a doctors receptionist and a PA to the managing director of an electronics firm, as well as a receptionist at a veterinary practice in Surrey.
Evangeline joined the Rosemullion team in April 2018 and quickly became a much loved member of our Falmouth reception team. Evangeline previously studied photography and spent a number of years working in The Photo Shop in Falmouth, processing film and printing anything from holiday snaps to professional artworks! Evangeline loves interacting with our clients, especially cuddling all the lovely pets that come through the doors. Not long after she joined us, Evangeline got to take home Hunter and spends his days getting up to mischief along with their new puppy, Kiwi!
Rachael Parkin BA (Hons)
Rachael joined the Rosemullion Team in 2017, after completing a degree in BA (Hons) Interior Design at Falmouth University. With previous experience in customer service, as well as lifeguarding and swim teaching, shifting to the veterinary world was a big change for Rachael. She enjoys interacting with the clients and their pets on a daily basis, and providing extra advice and care during emotional visits. Rachael has also taken on the role of updating and improving our marketing materials including client leaflets, posters and noticeboards as well as our social media presence. She has also been developing regular newsletters and welcome packs, and advising on ways to improve the look and feel of our existing front-of-house spaces.
Louise joined the Rosemullion team in September 2017, she has previously worked as an administrator and payroll/accounts manager. Outside of work she enjoys horse riding and walking the family dog.
Patient Care Assistant
Lynette joined Rosemullion in Sept 2018 as a Patient Care Assistant. She previously worked as a dental nurse for around 25 years, dealing mainly in orthodontics. Lynette loves spending time with our inpatients, giving them lots of cuddles and strolls - especially when they are feeling a little poorly or stressed.

Rhiannon started at Rosemullion in October 2019 as a patient care assistant. Rhiannon previously owned and managed her very own café for over 10 years, but chose to return to her passion and found herself back at Rosemullion 21 years after completing her work experience with us. Rhiannon loves the team atmosphere here at Rosemullion and finds great pleasure in caring for poorly patients and seeing their recovery.
